Our Mission
We were two people who loved each other and could not seem to reach each other. We know what it is to live with anger, silence, and a relationship running on empty.

What brought us back was not a formula. It was a return to ourselves, our children, and each other. We learned to hear what was underneath the words and meet each other there — and we let the natural world, its rhythms and its plant medicines, teach us what striving never could.
Today we bring both of our perspectives to the work, so each person in a relationship has room to be seen.

How We Work
Johnny and Nikole bring different strengths to the same conversation. We listen for what each of you needs, and meet you in the middle without leaving either person behind. The tools are old ones: honest conversation, the wisdom of the body, and the plant kingdom where it serves the work.

Nikole Sunshine
Nikole brings somatic awareness and an attentive understanding of what the body holds when words are not enough. She helps make room for what is felt as well as what is said.

It moves outward, one ring at a time — and it starts in the center, with you. Here, healing can include the plant kingdom: from microdosing to guided ceremony, always held within preparation, consent, and Colorado's licensed framework.
This is the ring nobody wants to start with. It is also the only one that works. Before you fix anything outside you, you go inside — the wound, the anger, the story you have been running from. You stop performing and start telling the truth. For some, that inner work includes microdosing and plant medicine — approached with preparation, consent, and Colorado-licensed facilitation. Everything else is downstream of this.
