The ones who are ready
You are not afraid of change, and you can afford disruption to your internal and external systems. You have a curious mind and a real hunger for more out of life.

01 / About Me

For about fifteen years I worked in oil and gas as a cartographer, and for thirteen of them I managed a land GIS department.
I produced maps of our acreage position and supported the people who negotiated the leases, the geologists, the whole land team. My work was knowing exactly where the ground was and what it held.
The people I work with now are looking for something different. They want a coming back to themselves. They have forgotten, or perhaps never knew, that they have a choice. In every relationship. In every situation. They get to change their mind.
They need to be heard and seen for what they went through. When that happens, they can finally turn that same gaze inward and hear and see themselves. Together we revisit the hard places from the past so that healing can begin, and then we unpack and integrate what surfaces so it can hold.

02 / Who This Is For
Not everyone is at this door, and that is fine. This work tends to find people who are done waiting for their life to feel different.
You are not afraid of change, and you can afford disruption to your internal and external systems. You have a curious mind and a real hunger for more out of life.
You are processing grief or childhood trauma, and you are tired of carrying it the way you have been. You are ready to set it down with support.
You want to feel wonder again. You have creative work asking to come through you, and you sense there is a deeper current you have not tapped yet.
03 / How I Work
A body-led practice
My deeper training is in somatic awareness and nervous system work, so that is usually where I lead. Talk has its place, and it only reaches so far. A great deal of what needs to move lives below language, in the body, and that is the terrain I know.
Nothing happens to you here. Everything happens with you. Your yes and your no both matter, and both are honored, every step of the way.
Choice, and the freedom to change it, is allowed, encouraged, and reinforced. Reclaiming that freedom is often the whole point.
My role is to keep you from harm, and to keep all of us well while you do your work. I do not manage your experience for you. I guide, and I stay close.
Some of this work is held in ceremony, with reverence and intention. It is prepared for, entered with care, and integrated afterward so it becomes part of your life.
04 / Ways To Work
Undivided attention for the person who wants to go at their own depth and pace. We work with the nervous system, the body, and the stories underneath, and we integrate as we go.
Heartbreak tends to happen in the relational field, which means healing is often most complete there too. In a group, triggers become information, showing you the places you are still not free.
The most sacred work is held privately and personally. It is prepared for and integrated with care, and it is offered by relationship rather than advertised.
Most people come to me by word of mouth, carried in by someone who loves them and knows the work. So the truest first step is simply to reach out and talk.
