1:1 Coaching
For the man who is successful on paper and empty underneath — and is finally willing to look at why.
About · Johnny W. Bigley
I do not teach theory. I teach the road I walked — from the uniform, through the wreckage, to the man my wife and children finally know.

The Journey
The Descent → The Return
What happened to me as a child was not my fault. I carried it in silence, and silence turned it into rage.
The Marine Corps gave me discipline, brotherhood, and a code. It gave me something to be — not what I actually needed.
I built a multimillion-dollar construction company on eighteen-hour days, believing production would finally make me worth something. My kids grew up while I was on site.
By 2017 my marriage was nearly over and none of it had fixed me. I made a decision to end my life.
I was interrupted. I went looking — underneath the anger was grief, underneath the grief was a boy nobody protected. I stopped managing myself and started meeting myself.
My wife is my wife again. My children have their father. The fight that nearly killed me is the thing I now hand to other men.
2017
The year I chose to live. Everything on this website exists because of that one decision.
Background

United States Marine Corps veteran. Two decades in Colorado commercial construction — project management, tenant improvements, structural work, and full-floor buildouts in downtown Denver.
The men I coach are builders, owners, operators, and veterans. They do not want to be handled. They want someone who has run the numbers, missed the dinners, and come out the other side with the marriage intact.

My 13 Values
Not a poster on a wall. When I am off, it is because I have set one of these down — and finding which one is usually the whole conversation.
Top five: honesty · reverence · love · gratitude · courage
Work With Me
For the man who is successful on paper and empty underneath — and is finally willing to look at why.
Time away from the noise, in ceremony and nature, with a container built to hold what surfaces.
For leaders and business owners who want their company to stop costing them their family.
Marriage, fatherhood, and the repair work most men do not know how to begin.
