    Within 24 hours Johnny sends a personal note with 2–3 questions to think about before the call — nothing heavy, just enough to make the conversation useful.

    The conversation

    30 minutes on Zoom. You talk, Johnny listens. You'll leave with at least one clear insight about your next step — whether or not we work together.

    An honest next step

    If coaching is a fit, Johnny will outline the options and pricing. If it's not, he'll point you toward what is. No follow-up sales sequence, no pressure.
